METRONOMIJA is a piece about time, dissolution of the ego and synchronicity. The cyber-retro atmosphere of the piece evokes nostalgia, hope and euphoria; while the synchronicity of gestures, sound and movement lead to a sensorial and captivating experience, for both the audience and the performers. As if inside of a clock, six bodies move across a grid composed of six by six squares enacting a series of thirteen repetitive gestures.
The proposal is a reflection on the Balkan structural system, history, heritage and tradition. At the end a conceptual folk dance brings the performers together.
